I signed up for the loyalty rewards thinking it might actually be useful, but something about it just felt more frustrating than helpful. My points didn’t seem to show up correctly, and trying to use the discount at checkout was way more confusing than it should’ve been. Customer service was polite enough, but the answers felt generic. For a denim site that’s on the pricier side, the whole rewards setup felt kind of cheap. I probably won’t bother with it again.

There just weren’t many styles available in my size, haha. I was hoping for a bit more to choose from.

I usually really like Mother jeans, so I was a little surprised by these. The photos online made the wash look lighter and kind of softer, but when they showed up, they were darker and looked a bit more stiff in person. The fit also didn’t really match the model photos for me. They’re not terrible or anything, but for the price, I expected the pictures to be a lot closer to what you actually get.

Checkout was kind of frustrating because I couldn’t use the payment method I wanted. I was ready to finish my order and then... yeah, just annoying

I really wanted to like these jeans, and they might be fine if you’re just wearing them for a short outing, but after a few hours they started feeling stiff and kind of awkward on me. The waist also dug in more than I expected. For occasional wear they might work, but for everyday comfort, they’re not really it for me.

I’m disappointed. I only wore these maybe 6 or 7 times and already noticed the fabric thinning around the inner thighs. Like... for the price, I really expected them to hold up better. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I bought a gift card from Mother Denim for my sister, and it did eventually come through by email. It just wasn’t instant, or at least not as quick as I was expecting, so I was kind of sitting there wondering if I’d done something wrong for a bit.
She was able to use it in the end, so that part was fine. I do think the checkout instructions could be a little clearer though. Not a bad experience exactly, just maybe not the smoothest gift card purchase I’ve had...

I wanted to like these clothes, but the whole vibe just didn’t work for me. A lot of the jeans felt either outdated or like they were trying way too hard, and the fits in the photos didn’t look especially flattering. For the prices they’re charging, I think it’s only fair to expect something more modern, wearable, and put-together. Even the website felt kind of cluttered and annoying to browse. Maybe it’s someone else’s style, but for me it just missed the mark.

so... I ordered my usual size in Mother Denim, but these jeans were ridiculously tight at the waist. I could barely get them buttoned, which was surprising because I even checked the size chart before buying.

The weird part was that while the waist felt tiny, the legs were kind of loose, so the whole fit just felt off. For the price, I really expected better, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering jeans from them online again.

I had a frustrating time using the site. Compared to other stores I usually shop from, this one felt really clunky. The menus kept looping me around, and the filters didn’t narrow things down the way I expected. I was just trying to find a pair of jeans, but after wasting way too much time, I ended up giving up.

I was bummed when my order arrived because they sent the wrong size and the wrong color jeans. Dealing with the return has been a headache, and I still haven’t gotten the correct pair. it’s been a frustrating experience.

I had to reach out to Mother Denim customer service about a return, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took a few days, which was a little frustrating, especially since their stuff isn’t exactly cheap. The person who helped me was nice and did answer my question, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything. I just felt like I had to repeat myself and explain the same thing more than once, which made the whole process feel less smooth than it should have. Overall, it was fine, but for the price point, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect quicker and clearer help.
